I would first like to mention I am not posting this review because I didn't get the vehicle I was interested in- I understand cars (at a good deal) are a first come first serve basis. This review is entirely based off of the poor poor poor communcation and the down right rude service (aside from the lady that answered the office phone- she was wonderful, pleasant and very helpful). This fiasco started when I called the number posted on the vehicle's advertisement, a cell phone with the connecting party being a man that will answer his phone just to tell you he doesn't have the time to answer your questions about the vehicle's condition. Excuse me, but isn't that your job? I actually had to call the nice office lady to even ask a question about the vehicle's condition... Employer if you think I am making this up you may want to pull the calls and listen they are truely rediculously). I asked what my vehicle would be worth in trade in value, at the time he said $800, I later called back and in the matter of hours my trade in value dropped by $300 with no rhyme or reason to it...I guess he was just coming up with numbers on the fly... I could understand a $100 maybe $150 difference or so, but $300? I then communicated to him that I decided that I would sell my vehicle to come up with the extra money instead of doing the trade in. Still not expecting anyone to hold it- but, it would be a courtesy to call if it was sold (as many dealerships do). I called again to tell him I have a buyer and verify the vehicle was not yet sold. He said great, call me when you have the money in your hand and we will set it aside. I thought that was fair. I called this morning and the vehicle was sold. My complete and utter disgust is again, not caused by the selling of the vehicle, but had I listened to the man and called when he had instructed my baby and I would have been left with absolutely no vehicle today, and that this man had absolutely no problem knowning me and my baby would have been stranded with no transportation. ALL IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN FOR THIS NOT TO BE A BAD REVIEW WAS ONE TEXT OR PHONE CALL SAYING "HEY, SINCE I KNOW WE HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING AND YOUR INTENTION HAS BEEN TO SELL YOUR VEHICLE, WITH HAVING A BUYER ALREADY LINED UP- YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH IT, AS THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN SOLD." that is all I ask for. Any car dealer that has no problem setting a mom and a baby out in the winter cold knowing that it would only have taken one short phone to prevent that is not worth anyones business at all. I have never been treated so poorly- it is truely disgusting that there are even people like that in the world. Ironically, the dealership actually sounded like it could have been a really great place, but it only takes one bad apple to leave a mom and baby out in the snow without even a care in the world.

I have purchased multiple cars from Wayne and his sales team, and they are awesome! Got me into my Ford F350 and I love it!

Thank you to the owner, for the kind response. I am sorry that the review ultimately was a poor one, overall you seem like nice folks there with a awesome attitude towards helping out the community. Maybe the cell phone man is just having a rough couple of days (which happens to all of us), but I just don't want other people to be treated that way in the future.

On a side note-

Please don't contact me any further- intersting though that all of a sudden I am worth the time of day now. People have a right know what type of experience I've had, so that they can make an educated choice with whom they would like to do business with.

I was very excited about looking at a vehicle and called about coming to look at it later in the day. I said I would be coming close to 6pm (he said he would be around until 6 or shortly after), but when I arrived at 5:50pm nobody was around. The open sign was on, but the door locked. I called him again and left a message, but never heard back.

Rarely do I write reviews for any business. But as a business owner myself, I had to take the time to share this favorable experience. I purchased a car a few days ago from WJM's Frontier Auto Sales. I spoke 3 times with Jim, who was friendly when he took my call, and assured me the car I was interested in, would be at the dealership. When I arrived, Wayne greeted me, and had the car washed, and ready to go. He briefly informed me of the car's history, and tossed me the keys for a test drive. When I returned, we went into his office, and struck up a conversation about hot rods, old cars, and motorcycles. Then we got down to business. He gave me a great deal on a Cadillac, and was very professional in every aspect. I can see why he's still in business after 20 years. Honest, courteous, professional service. I would most definitely purchase a car from Wayne again, no question. WJM Frontier, is just a nice home town dealership, with a friendly staff, and nice selection of vehicles. They proved to me their willingness to send the customer home with a fair deal that satisfies both parties. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Thanks again!
